| In his "comeback" film after nearly a decade Jerry stars as Bo Hooper, a professional clown who finds himself unemployed when the circus closes down. Through a series of odd jobs and finally as a mail carrier, Bo turns most everything upside down and inside out. This film was intended to be fun, and indeed it is. It also became the 4th most profitable film in the US for 1981. That brought a big smile to 20th Century Fox. |
