This section of the Museum uses "streaming video" technology from Real Player. Streaming video means that as a file is downloaded from our server to your local computer, it begins to play BEFORE the whole file is downloaded. This allows you to start watching the video after just a few seconds--normally you would have to wait for the entire video file to download (this could take up to an hour in some cases) before seeing anything. We will feature various video clips from Jerry's performances, rotating them often.
In order to use this streaming video feature, you must first download the free RealPlayer software -- from RealNetworks' web site -- and install it onto your local computer. You'll only need to do this download/installation procedure once. Also, we currently have the capability for 5 simultaneous "feeds" which means that only 5 Museum visitors at a time will be able to view the streaming video files. If you get an error message after downloading/installing the Player while trying to view a streaming video, there are likely no available "feeds." We will be upgrading the number of "feeds" as demand warrants. If you get this error message, just try again a bit later.
